Yesterday the EA re-issued RPS 63 which allows washroom service companies who collect waste aerosol containers, to do so and store them pending recovery or disposal elsewhere without the need for a permit. The RPS expires at the end of July 2021. A permit is not needed, as long as the conditions in the RPS are met.
