The EA has extended the expiry of RPS C25 to 31 December 2021. This RPS allows you to accept lateral flow device testing waste coded 18 01 04 and 18 01 07 or 20 01 99 without varying your permit. Note that written agreement to use this RPS must be obtained from the EA prior to using it.
